Raw Fried Rice
Low fat raw vegan comfort food. You don’t have to give up your favourite foods. You will need:
2 peeled carrots
2 celery stalks
1/2 red onion
3 clove garlic
1 cup peas
1 cup corn kernels
1/2 tsp ginger or ginger powder
1-2 tbsp soy sauce
20 drops of (1/8 tsp) sesame chili oil
Water chop all the veggies and combine in a large bowl. You can also pulse these in a food processor to get a rice like consistency.
Add soy sauce, ginger & chilli oil
Place in a warmed oven to bring to a warm temperature or use a food dehydrator.
Use a slotted spoon to plate as the warmth and salt in the sauce cause the moisture to draw out of the mixture and it gets very liquid.
