Raw Red Pepper Flat Bread Sandwiches

Flat Bread:

2 red pepper
1/2 cup flax seeds
1 cup water
Dash of Bragg liquid aminoes

Dehydrate at 115 until flexible. Makes 4 sheets.

Sauce:

1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
2 TBSP Nutritional Yeast
1/8 tsp pink Himalayan Salt
1-2 TBSP water

Blend in a personal size blender until smooth

Layer with spinach, tomato, cucumber sauce and another layer of spinach to prevent the flat bread from going soft.

TIP: to make a thicker flat bread add five stalks of celery and thinly sliced onion rings to the dehydrator sheets!

The flat bread is great for wraps too!
