Organic Plums

 

Yesterday I went fruit picking with a friend and ended up with a giant box of freshly picked plums. Which is now today’s lunch! I decided to research the nutritional benefits of plums. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that bone health depends largely on fruit consumption. Along with vegetables & beans (like soy beans). Because of my research I know that antioxidant rich fruits like plums are the key to health and longevity.
