  1. Preheat oven to 450 F. Mix dry ingredients together. In blender add avocado, non dairy milk and water. Blend until well mixed. Add to dry ingredients. Mix until well incorporated but do not over mix. Roll onto a floured surface until 1/2" thick. Bake on parchment lined cookie sheets. Bake at 450 F for 10 minutes or light golden brown. * The avocado is flavourless but does impart a light green tint to the biscuit.
